About the Company

Role

We are recruiting a Host who will be the first and last impression of the hospitality experience. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organised, and seamless guest experience, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating flow with professionalism and warmth.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating plans and reservations.

• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and attentiveness.

• Accurately document reservations, schedules, and booking changes.

• Manage reservation adjustments, such as guest count changes.

• Report no-shows, operational issues, or unusual situations to management.

• Maintain awareness of reservation communications, including emails and systems.

• Ensure all guests are welcomed and seated with warmth and efficiency.

Desired Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a host or front-of-house role.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Warm, approachable, and guest-focused personality.

• Ability to handle requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.

• Detail-oriented in managing guest preferences and bookings.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience with reservation systems or software is an advantage.

• Calm, reliable, and composed under pressure.

Working Hours

To be defined according to shifts.

Contract

Fixed-term contract.

Salary

€11,300 per year, depending on experience.
