Role
We are recruiting a Bartender who will bring the hospitality experience to life by crafting quality drinks, delivering attentive service, and creating memorable guest interactions. This role combines technical skill, creativity, and hospitality excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborate with the team, including upselling and supporting service flow.
• Handle cash operations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
Desired Profile
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in bartending or similar roles.
• Knowledge of drink preparation, customer service, and multitasking.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure.
• Interest in mixology and beverage presentation.
• Reliable team player who thrives in busy environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and improve through ongoing training.
Working Hours
To be defined according to shifts.
Contract
Fixed-term contract.
Salary
€1,000 – €1,300 gross per month, plus tips where applicable.
